FUSILLI WITH FRESH SPINACH AND PINE NUTS by Gnam Box
150gr fresh spinach
30gr pine nuts
Put 6 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-low heat, add pine nuts and toast them for few seconds.
When the pine nuts start to change color add the spinach and cook for one minute.
Cook fusilli in salt and boiling water drain and add them to spinach, pine nuts and parmesan. Mix it very well.
Your pasta is ready to eat! Gnam!
